Sat-Integral S-1223 HD Rocket

Hi I have an sat integral s1223 hd and in one day went off and only red led light in front panel goes not and nothing else . can anybody help me how can i bring it back to life?
i tried to put on back the soft thugh com port but its not conecting probably has to be done by jtag ? cant find anymore info? i understand russian . thx

Судя по описанию - ресивер нуждается в ремонте по ЖТАГу. Похоже на слет бута...
